- Service Hours: Oil To Geaux will provide mobile oil change services dusk to dawn Monday-Saturday.

- Appointment Scheduling: Customers schedule appointments for oil changes by contacting Oil To Geaux via phone, email, or online booking system.

- Cleaning Services: Oil To Geaux reserves the right to cancel any scheduled cleaning services in the event of substantial debris, the presence of animals, or the existence of insects within the vehicle.

- Service Area: Oil To Geaux operates within defined service area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside of this area.

- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for the oil change to take place. This includes a flat and stable surface for the vehicle, as well as necessary access to the vehicle's oil filter.

- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service completion. Oil To Geaux accepts cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon forms of payment.

- Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

- Service Completion: Upon completion of the oil change, the customer will be provided with a receipt and any relevant information regarding the service performed.

- Liability: Oil To Geaux is not liable for any pre-existing vehicle or damages that are not directly related to the oil change service provided.

- Environmental Responsibility: Oil Geaux is committed to environmentally responsible disposal of used oil and filters, in accordance with local regulations.

- Service: Oil To Geaux provides a warranty on the oil change service performed, ensuring the quality of the oil and filter used. Any issues related to the service should be reported within 3 days resolution.

- Feedback and Concerns: Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and address any concerns with Oil To Geaux's customer service team for resolution.

- Safety Precautions: Customers are advised to ensure the safety of pets and individuals in the during the service.
